About me

Hi I’m Steven, a Digital Marketer & e-Commerce specialist from Birmingham with over a decade of experience in creating websites that make money.

I started out at Pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca and launched several oncology websites promoting the launch of the latest lung cancer drug Iressa (estimated sales of $647 million a year), along with several other websites aimed at healthcare professionals.

My next step was to join the team at the newly created ticketing specialist- Attraction World.  Dealing with suppliers like Universal Studios, Walt Disney World and many other global brands to launch several trade and direct-to-consumer brands, I helped to create a culture of continuous optimisation and improvement that has seen the company go from strength to strength and dominate the direct-to-consumer attraction ticket market.

The next opportunity was so exciting that I’ve now been here for 8 years!  A distance training startup – Open Study College.  The college has gone from strength to strength with over 50,000 students and has recently won awards from the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers – Small Training Provider of the Year and Tutor of the Year 2014.
